Re: Sanitary Sewer Can and Will Serve for APN 113-091-017-000
Dear Mr. Sobel:
The City of Salinas can and will provide sanitary sewer service for the proposed commercial project to be located on Harrison Road at Sala Road (APN 113-091-017-000). You will be responsible for installing sewer lines within the project and in Harrison Road up to and including connections to the sanitary sewer line at the intersection of Harrison Road and Russel Road in accordance with the Extraterritorial Wastewater Service Agreement dated March XX, 2022. All applicable development fees and "special sewer fees" will be assessed at the time building permits are issued in accordance with the City's fee schedule in effect at that time.
