RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION OF THE SALINAS CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER OF $30,000.00 2511 SB1 ROAD MAINTENANCE FUNDS FROM CIP 9081 SIGNING AND STRIPING IMPROVEMENTS TO CIP 9074 NORTH DAVIS ROAD GUARDRAIL IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the guardrail located on North Davis Road and Boronda Road fell into disrepair; and WHEREAS, the repair of the guardrail was determined to be emergency repair work; and WHEREAS, a work order with the Chrisp Company was initiated without available funds in CIP 9074 North Davis Road Guardrail Improvements, and the work has been completed; and WHEREAS, to avoid having CIP 9074 run a deficit, staff is recommending a motion to authorize a transfer of $30,000.00 2511 SB1 Road Maintenance funds from CIP 9081 Signing and Striping Improvements to CIP 9074 North Davis Rd Guardrail Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council hereby authorizes a transfer of $30,000.00 2511 SB1 Road Maintenance funds from CIP 9081 Signing and Striping Improvements to CIP 9074 North Davis Road Guardrail Improvement PASSED AND APPROVED this 26th day of April, 2022, by the following vote:
