TITLE: AUDITED BASIC FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND SINGLE AUDIT REPORT ON FEDERAL FUNDED PROGRAMS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2021 RECOMMENDED MOTION:
A motion to recommend the City Council accept the audited Basic Financial Statements and Single Audit Report on federally funded programs for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2021.
DISCUSSION:
The City Council's independent auditor, McGilloway, Ray, Brown & Kaufman (“MRBK”), has completed its annual audit of City financial activities. MRBK will attend the Finance Committee meeting to present the results of the audit and highlights of the financial statements and to answer questions from the Committee.
FISCAL AND SUSTAINABILITY IMPACT:
Costs associated with the audit are included in the City’s fiscal year 2022 budget.
