RESOLUTION NO.____________(N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FACILITIES AND SIGN SHOP ROOF REPLACEMENT WHEREAS, the roofs at the 426 Work Street Facilities and Sign Shop buildings have exceeded their life expectancy; and WHEREAS, Premo Roofing provided a quote to replace the roof system over both buildings at a cost of $119,450.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council authorizes the City Manager to execute an agreement with Premo Roofing for the replacement of the roofs over the Facilities and Sign Shop buildings at 426 Work Street at a cost of $119,450 with a ten percent contingency bringing the total cost to $131,395; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes a transfer of up to $131,395 to CIP 9718 from General Fund fund balance.
