RESOLUTION ___________ (N.C.S.)
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN GRANICUS, LLC AND THE CITY, IN THE AMOUNT OF $112,200.00 FOR REDESIGN OF THE CITY OF SALINAS’ WEBSITE WHEREAS, on April 25, 2022, the City of Salinas released a Request for Qualification (RFP) for website redesign; and WHEREAS, the City of Salinas received a total of fifteen (15) proposals which were reviewed and rated by a panel City staff; and WHEREAS, Granicus’ Government Experience Cloud Enterprise Solution was selected for the website redesign; and WHEREAS, Granicus will allow City to improve government efficiencies as it relates to website content management, public engagement initiatives and events, forms and online processes, access services and information, and website support.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SALINAS: that the attached professional services agreement, Exhibit A, between Granicus, LLC. and the City, in the amount of $112,200.00 is hereby approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of Salinas is hereby authorized to enter into such agreement on behalf of the City.
