RESOLUTION NO. 22295 (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DIRECT PURCHASE OF ONE FORD F SERIES
UTILITY TRUCKS
WHEREAS, Funds are available in 5800.50.9123-66.5500 to purchase one F-250 for the Facilities Maintenance Division; and
WHEREAS, replacing aging vehicles within the City of Salinas’ vehicle fleet supports City’s Council’s Strategic Plan and Goals of “Operational Efficiencies;” and
WHEARAS, Staff chose the 2022 Ford F -250 from Salinas Valley Ford at a cost of $47,055.80; and
WHEREAS, this pu rchase meets the requirements of the City’s local purchasing preference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council authorize the Purchasing Officer to purchase one Ford F-250 Utility at a total cost of $47,055.80.
