Receive public communications from the audience on items that are not on the agenda and that are in the City of Salinas’ subject matter jurisdiction. Comments on Consent or Consideration items should be held until the items are reached. The public may request that the committee consider adding an item for consideration on a future agenda. The public may comment on scheduled agenda items as they are considered. In order to be respectful of all speakers’ views and to avoid disruption of the meeting, the audience shall refrain from applauding or jeering speakers who have been recognized by the Chair.

ID#22-422 A) Grants: Clean California Alisal Vibrancy Neighborhood Beautification (Highway US 101) & Clean California Local Grant Program (CCLGP) Alisal Greening, Beautification and Safety Improvements
Recommendation: Recommend City Council approve a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Restricted Grant Agreement and any amendments with the California Department of Transportation for the CCLGP and sub-applicants, establish a new CIP for the project, and appropriate the local match
ID#22-424 C) Transfer Agreement with the Transportation Agency for Monterey County (TAMC) for Eleven (11) Parcels at the Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC)
Recommendation: Recommend City Council approve a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Transfer Agreement with TAMC for the 11 parcels at the ITC.
