RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION THAT ACCEPTS THE MST BUS PADS INSTALLATION AND E ALVIN DR CURB & GUTTER REPAIR; COS-2022-9720-01 JOB ORDER COMPLETED UNDER CIP 9720, ON-CALL JOB ORDER CONTRACT FOR SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, on November 5, 2019, City Council awarded three (3) On-Call Job Order Contracts (JOC) for Sidewalk Improvements to Hemi’s Landscape and Concrete Inc., Golz Construction Inc., and C2 Builders Inc. through Resolution No. 21732; and WHEREAS, each On-Call Contract was awarded for a not-to-exceed maximum contract amount of $2,000,000 and a minimum contract amount of $50,000, and more specifically, each contract was awarded at the unit prices set forth and contained in the proposals for the On-Call Job Order Contract for Sidewalk Improvements of said successful bidders.; and WHEREAS, on October 11, 2022, the MST Bus Pads Installation and E Alvin Dr Curb & Gutter Repair, COS-2022-9720-01, was authorized in the amount of $55,064.00. Job order quantities were increased to a total amount of $60,060.00; and WHEREAS, the MST Bus Pads Installation and E Alvin Dr Curb & Gutter Repair project work and punch list were completed on November 02, 2022.; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council hereby accepts the MST Bus Pads Installation and E Alvin Dr Curb & Gutter Repair; COS-2022-9720-01 completed under CIP 9720, On-Call Job Order Contract for Sidewalk Improvements. for maintenance and responsibility.
