ln response to the card titled "Notice of intent to approve" that I received in the mail Saturday the 17th of December, I formally with this letter intent to protest such conditional use permit.
I am delivering by hand this letter to Marisol Rubalcaba today December the 27't,2022 Being the neighbor to the right of the house in question, (106 San Juan Drive) My house is directly affected by this proposal. My home is 102 San Juan Drive.
I thank you for your consideration to send this to the Planning Commission where I will be happy to present my concerns.
