PPROPOSAL COST

SCOPE OF WORK :
The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supervision and partial services as may be necessary to complete the installation of Weatherweld Roof system at Building Two Sections in accordance with manufactures installation, specification and guidelines at section as follows :
DESCRIPTION OF WORK :
1. UPPER SECTION: Remove Loose gravel by VAC-POWER SWEEP-VAC, LOWER SECTION:
Existing roof membrane to be removed completely including wet insulation/Lightweight concrete.
2. Inspect the deck for water damaged wood, termite damage, etc. If repairs are needed, the owner or owners representative will be notified for approval of repairs, If any repairs are too be done by contractor upon agreement, there will be an additional charge from original price based on materials and labor.
3. LOWER SECTION: Install New R-30 Ridgid Insulation approx. 14,800 sq. ft.
4. Over prepared new roof deck, Apply a Weatherweld roof system as specified.
5. HVAC & Ducts or any abandon equipment to be removed by Others.
6. Contractor will supply a 2-year labor warranty.
7. Weatherweld will supply warranty certificate for this system.
8. Proposed start date: TBD and attempt to complete by: TBD
9. Work shall be performed during regular business hours.
10. State Prevailing wages are to be applied.
11. ALLOWANCE: $ 10,000.00 include into cost.
EXCLUSIONS :
1. Sheet metal related items. 5. All carpentry and woodwork beyond Scope.
2. Demolition, abatement or substrate repairs beyond Scope. 6. Permits, Special fees required.
3. Temporary roofing or temporary weather protection. 7. Build up or crickets for ponding.
4. All other work not specifically stated under scope of 8. Architect or engineering services. work above.

BUYER ( CITY OF SALINAS ) TO:
1. Provide an uninterrupted access to the worksite during full applications.
SELLER (4SRI) TO:
1. Provide workers comp. and liability insurance during roof application.
2. Provide Bond's as per contract for roof application.
3. Provide Plywood and Fasteners.
4. Provide all material for Weathereld roof system application.
4. Provide Emulsion and roving fiberglass.
PAYMENT TERMS :
The buyer shall pay the seller progress payments. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Substantial commencement of the work shall occur when materials have been delivered to the Job address. The contract sum shall be Seven Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty U.S. dollars, subject to additions and deletions as provided in the contract documents and or change orders.
