SCOPE OF WORK
The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services as may be necessary to install a WeatherWeld Seamless Composite Roof System specification-WW-NCNN16-30-Acrylic & WW-R-1P-16-45-A to approximately 25,000 square feet of flat roof surface including walls as follows.
Lower Roof Section: (WW-NCNN16-30-A)
1. Tear off existing roof to deck and properly dispose.
2. Prepare a smooth, dry clean surface.
3. Install 4.5” PolyIso insulation as per manufacture specifications.
4. Over insulation, install ½” Dens Deck as per manufacture specifications.
5. Install 80 lbs. inverted granulated cap sheet as per manufacture specifications.
6. Seal all pipe penetrations and equipment curbs as per manufacturer specifications.
7. Seal roof drains/scuppers as per manufacturer specifications.
8. Install one (1) pass of emulsion at the approximate rate of 30-gallons per 100 sq. ft. with 16-lbs of reinforcement roving fiberglass per 100 sq. ft. Allow to cure.
9. Over cured emulsion apply title 24 acrylic base coat (grey) at a rate of 1 1/2 gallons per 100 sq. ft. Allow to cure.
10. Apply title 24 acrylic roof coating (white) at a rate of 1 1/2 gallons per 100 Sq. Ft. Allow to cure.
11. Install 24-gauge Bonderized coping at parapet walls as per manufacture specifications.
12. Clean and remove all debris created by the roofing operation and leave all premises in a clean and orderly manner.

13. Vacuum loose gravel roof and properly dispose.
14. Seal all pipe penetrations and equipment curbs as per manufacture specifications.
15. Install one pass of emulsion at a rate of 15 gallons per 100 Sq. Ft. embedded with polyester as per manufacture specifications. Allow to cure.
16. Over cured emulsion, install one pass of emulsion at the rate of 30-gallons per 100 sq. ft. with 16-lbs of reinforcement roving fiberglass per 100 sq. ft. Allow to cure.
17. Over cured emulsion, apply title 24 acrylic base coat (grey) at a rate of 1 1/2 gallons per 100 sq. ft. Allow to cure.
18. Apply title 24 acrylic roof coating (white) at a rate of 1 1/2 gallons per 100 sq. ft. Allow to cure.
19. Install 24-gauge Bonderized coping at parapet walls as per manufacture specifications.
20. Duration of the job will be approximately thirty (30) working days weather permitting.
21. A 2-year guarantee by FC & Sons Roofing Inc. will be provided upon completion of all work involved and receipt of final payment.
22. A 40-year manufacturer warranty will be provided upon completion of all work involved and receipt of final payment.
Total price to install a WeatherWeld Seamless Composite Roof System … ……………………....$646,271.00
Note: Unless otherwise itemized in this scope of work, this price does not include: disconnecting and/or reinstalling any site equipment, duct work, scuppers, downspouts, roof removal, new pipe flashings, gutters, electri cal lines, HVAC wood curbs, metal pans, carpentry work, gas lines and/or air conditioning units; removal and disposal of any abandoned equipment; testing and/or removal of hazardous materials. Proposal valid for 30 days from date above. Work to be conducted during normal business hours Mon. – Friday 7-5:00 p.m.
