Recommendation the It is recommended that the HLUC support the approval of an Ordinance amending Chapter 17 (Housing) of the Salinas Municipal Code to amend Section 1 to incorporate the regulation of residential rental units, a Resolution amending the City of Salinas Schedule of Fees and Charges for City Services, and the establishment of a Residential Rental Registration enterprise fund
