RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION OF THE SALINAS CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT 3 TO APPROVED RESOLUTION 21925 UNIFORM RENTAL LAUNDRY SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CINTAS INCORPORATION WHEREAS, On August 4, 2020, Salinas City Council approved and entered into an agreement with Cintas Incorporation “Cintas” for Uniform Rental Laundry Services in an amount not to exceed $53,402; and WHEREAS, On August 26, 2020, Amendment No. 1 was approved adding Salinas Airport personnel to the Agreement, increasing the agreement amount to $55,902; and WHEREAS, On July 15, 2021, Amendment No. 2 was approved to increase payment terms to account for an increase in the level of expected services, bringing the Agreement total to an amount not to exceed $61,902; and WHEREAS, On May 16, 2023, Amendment No. 3 to increase the Agreement total not to exceed $75,152 to cover the costs of increased services for additional employees for the remainder of the agreement ending August 8, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council approves Amendment No. 3 to the agreement with Cintas Incorporated to increase the total for the remainder of the agreement in an amount not to exceed $75,152 PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of May 2023, by the following vote:
