This is the corner of El Sur Avenue, and
Pescadero. Cars park to the very corner blocking
view. The house on the corner has planted palm
trees in the parkway and also a bush on the
corner which obstructs the view to be able to see
traffic on Pescadero. Accidents have occurred
and have seen many nearly accidents, This is
also in a school zone. Many parents drive down
this street.
