1 RESOLUTION NO. 21418 (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR MONTE BELLA SUBDIVISION PHASE 5B, APPROVING FINAL MAP
AND ACCEPTING DEDICATED EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Salinas City Council approved the Vesting Tentative Map 03-02, (VTM 03-02) for Monte Bella, formerly referred to as Mountain Valley, on October 14, 2003 pursuant to Resolution No. 18392; and
WHEREAS, the developer has submitted a final map for Phase 5 b of the VTM, now referred to as the Monte Bella Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the final map has been reviewed for conformity to the VTM and the Subdivisions Map Act; and
WHEREAS, the submitted final map conforms to all requirements of the VTM and the Subdivision Map Act; and
WHEREAS, as the developer has agreed to the conditions as set forth in the City’s standards Subdivision Improvement Agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions for developing and filing of the final map for Monte Bella Subdivision Phase 5b; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV ED that the Salinas City Council hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor of Salinas to execute the attached subdivision improvement agreement by and between the City of Salinas, a municipal corporation and KB Home South Bay Inc., a California corporation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council hereby approve s the final map and accepts the dedicated easements.
