DISCUSSION:
The Fiscal Year 2024 proposed operating and capital budget will be presented to City Council on June 13, 2023.
FISCAL AND SUSTAINABILITY IMPACT:
As presented, the preliminary operating and capital budgets total $248.4 million, excluding transfers. The general funds operating expenditure budgets total $146.8 million.
