RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SALINAS TO APPROVE THE RENEWAL OF MICROSOFT 365 LICENSES WHEREAS, the City desires to renew and maintain its Microsoft 365 and application licensing; and WHEREAS, Dell LP., will provide Microsoft 365 and application software licensing for the City of Salinas NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Salinas Municipal Code section 12-27 the Salinas City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager and the Purchasing Agent to purchase the renewal of Microsoft 365 licenses from Dell LP., in an amount not to exceed $321,000.
