RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF MIVOICE CONNECT SUPPORT SERVICE AGREEMENT, A BUSINESS PHONE SYSTEM, FROM PROTELESIS IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,647.89 BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SALINAS that pursuant to Salinas Municipal Code section 12-27 the Salinas City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager and the Purchasing Agent to complete the purchase and renewal of MiVoice Connect Support Service Agreement from ProTelesis in an amount not to exceed $30,647.89.
