RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION OF THE SALINAS CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE HEBBRON FAMILY CENTER DEMOLITION AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT FOR MAINTENANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY WHEREAS, on April 4, 2023 the City Council awarded a Demolition and Site Improvement contract to Randazzo Enterprises, Inc; and WHEREAS, the contractor has completed the project and all punch list items; and WHEREAS, there were a total of three (3) change orders on the project with a total increase of $10,924.00 for a total contract cost of $326,940.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council hereby accepts the Hebbron Family Center Demolition and Site Improvements Project for maintenance and responsibility.
