AMENDMENT TO THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINAS
AND CHRISTOPHER A. CALLIHAN, CITY ATTORNEY
The Employment Agreement between the City of Salinas and City Attorney Christopher A. Callihan, approved by the City Council on February 15, 2022, is hereby amended as follows.
Section 3.1 of the Employment Agreement is amended to reflect a 12.5% increase to base pay in the pay period following Council approval. Effective November 13, 2023, the City agrees to pay Callihan an annual salary of $258,750 payable on a bi-weekly basis.
