Sirva la presente para extenderles un fraterno saludo, el motivo de estas líneas es con la finalidad de solicitarles si fuera posible y se encuentran en las posibilidades de hacernos una donación de un camión de bomberos para el Cuerpo de Protección Civil y Bomberos del Municipio de Chavinda, Michoacán México. Comentarle que nuestro municipio esta integrado por 10,450 habitantes y nos vemos en la necesidad de contar con un camión de bomberos ya que en los últimos meses se han incrementado los incendios forestales y a casa habitación, hace algunos años ya los habian hecho una donación de un camión de bomberos, lamentablemente e el mes de febrero dejó de funcionar por una falla en el motor, el diagnóstico fue qu nos salía más caro la reparación que comprar otro, nuestro municipio no cuenta con los recursos necesarios para la reparación y mucho menos hacer la compra de esa unidad ya que el presupuesto de ingresos no es suficiente para atender todas las necesidades. Por tal motivo acudo por este medio a ustedes para solicitarles su gran y valioso apoyo.
Sin otro particular me despido de ustedes no sin antes agradecer sus finas atenciones, y esperando mi petición sea favorable.

This letter serves to extend a fraternal greeting to you, The reason for this letter is with the purpose of asking you if it is possible and if you are in a position of donating a fire engine for the protection of the civilian body and firefighters of the municipalities of Chavinda, Michoacan Mexico.
Let me tell you that our municipality is made up of 10,450 inhabitants and we see the need to have a fire engine because in recent months forest fires and residential fires have increased.
A few years ago, we have had a fire engine donated to us. Unfortunately, in the month of February it stopped working due to an engine failure, and the diagnosis was that the repair was more expensive than buying another fire engine. Our municipality does not have the necessary resources for the repair, much less having to purchase another unit since our budget is not enough to meet all our needs. For this reason, I come to you by this means to ask for your great and valuable support.
