RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SALINAS APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF A SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINAS AND CADENCE TEAM, INC. (TEAMCARE-FOUNDATION) WHEREAS, the City desires to renew and maintain its Service Agreement with Cadence Team, Inc.; and WHEREAS, Cadence Team Inc., will provide network support for the City of Salinas NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Salinas Municipal Code section 12-27 the Salinas City Council hereby authorizes the Interim City Manager to negotiate and execute the renewal of the Service Agreement with Cadence Team, Inc (TeamCare-Foundation Agreement) attached here to as Exhibit A in an amount not to exceed $45,000.
