Recommendation
It is recommended that the Housing and Land Use Committee support the approval of a City Council resolution authorizing the submission of an application for the Coalition of Homeless Services Providers for the Homeless Housing Assistance and Prevention Program Round 4 and authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all applicable agreements, grant documents, and necessary amendments.
