Prohousing Incentive Pilot Program NOFA released on December 15, 2022 PIP Program is the newest benefit for jurisdictions with a Prohousing Designation PIP Program is providing funding for housing and community development expenses.

$25.7 Million available for grants
PIP Program is connected to the Prohousing Designation Program (PDP) PIP and PDP applications can be submitted simultaneously
Prohousing Designation needs to be obtained for the PIP Program application to remain eligible City submitted a PDP application to HCD on December 19, 2022 (Close to obtaining designation) Prohousing Designation needs to be obtained no later than March 31, 2023 Background
