RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SALINAS TO APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF NETWORK EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE WHEREAS, the City desires to purchase network equipment software; and WHEREAS, Cadence Inc., will provide software licensing for the City of Salinas NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Salinas Municipal Code section 12-27 the Salinas City Council hereby authorizes the Interim City Manager and the Purchasing Agent to complete the purchase of network equipment software from Cadence Inc., in an amount not to exceed $38,000.
