RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
ENVISIO SOLUTIONS, INC. PUBLIC DASHBOARD SOFTWARE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION WHEREAS, On December 17, 2021, the City of Salinas (City) released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Performance Management Tracking & Reporting Platform to improve efficient, innovative, accessible, and transparent access to data while driving continuous improvement and public engagement; and WHEREAS, Envisio Solutions, Inc. was selected as the most qualified respondent to the RFQ; and WHEREAS, On March 31, 2022, the City and Envisio executed a Professional Services Agreement to begin staff training and creation of the public dashboards; and WHEREAS, Continued subscription is required to access the licenses and software necessary to maintain and create new public dashboards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council authorizes the Interim City Manager to execute the annual subscription agreement with Envision Solutions, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $31,500.00 for a 1-year subscription to the Envisio public dashboard software, licenses, and online support services.
