RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINAS AND WALD, RUHNKE AND DORST ARCHITECTS, AETYPIC, BUREA VERITAS NORTH AMERICA, INC., TEF DESIGN, AND LDA PARTNERS WHEREAS, the Council approved a Master Services Agreement with AETYPIC, Inc., Bureau Veritas North America, Inc., TEF Design, Wald, Ruhnke, Dost Architects LLP, and LDA Partners on January 10, 2023 through Resolution 22560; and WHEREAS, Agreement, Section 3 “Compensation” is required to define an amount for the duration of each agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council approves amendments to the Agreements for Professional Services between the City of and AETYPIC, Inc.; Bureau Veritas North American, Inc.; TEF Design; Wald Rhunke, Dost Architects LLP; and LDA Partners to include a “Not to Exceed” amount of three million dollars as the total maxium amount of compensation for the term of the agreements; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Interim City Manager is authorized to enter into such amendments on behalf of the City.
