RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR ON CALL CIVIL ENGINEERING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINAS AND BKF ENGINEERS, HARRIS & ASSOCIATES, INC., MNS ENGINEERS, AND WALLACE GROUP WHEREAS, the Council approved a Master Services Agreement with BKF Engineers, Harris and Associates Inc., MNS Engineers and Wallace Group on January 10, 2023 through Resolution 22562; and WHEREAS, Agreement, Section 3 “Compensation” is required to define an amount for the duration of each agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council approves amendments to the Agreements for Professional Services between the City of Salinas and BKF Engineers; Harris and Associates, Inc.; MNS Engineers; and Wallace Group to include a “Not to Exceed” amount of three million dollars as the total maximum amount of compensation to be paid under the agreements; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Interim City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into the amendments on behalf of the City.
