Motion to approve a Resolution authorizing:
submission of City’s annual application for 2023 PLHA funds to State HCD; and submission of an amended PLHA 5-Year Plan; and
appropriation of 2023 PLHA funds to General Ledger account fund SB2 (2951); and the City Manager or designee to execute all applicable agreements
