ID#24-248 Submissions of 2023 Permanent Local Housing Allowance Program Application and 5-Year Plan Amendment to California Department of Housing and Community Development
Recommendation Motion recommending that the City Council approve a resolution:
1. Directing submission of the City's 2023 annual application for Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) and amended PLHA 5- Year Plan to the California Department of Housing and Community Development; and
2. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all applicable agreements.

Recommendation Motion to recommend that the City Council approve a resolution:
1. adopting the City of Salinas' United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan (AAP) and authorizing its submittal to HUD; and
2. authorizing the City Manager to incorporate any necessary minor modifications based upon community feedback and final HUD allocation prior to submissions to HUD; and
3. authorizing the Mayor, or designee, for and on behalf of the City, to execute any related agreements, contracts, certifications, or amendments related to the funding allocations set forth in the FY 2024-2025 AAP
