Repairs Prevailing wage job, pump removal, repair and install PUMP INSTALLER (any industry)
Installs and adjusts electric, gasoline, and diesel-driven pumps and blowers, using handtools, power tools, and diagrams: Cuts and threads pipes, ducts, and fittings, using
handtools and power tools. Levels and bolts down pump. Connects ducts and drive couplings, and aligns them to minimize friction, using handtools and gauges. Oils and
greases moving parts, and adjusts valves to prevent overloading. May recommend repair or adjustment of driving mechanism to improve operation of pumps.
Large lift pump #3. Disassemble and inspect.
Mic. all parts, determine which parts are to be reused.
Basically all moving parts are to be replaced. Including internal tube line.
Build 4 line tubes from SCH 80 pipe
Build 4 line bearing from brass bar stock
Build 1 stainless steel bowl shaft out of solid shaft
Build 1 stainless steel line shaft out of solid shaft
Build 1 stainless steel head shaft out of solid shaft
Built 1 new solid steel impeller. Core from 4140 shaft. Blades from AR plate. Do all fabrication work and machine work, spin balance to 1,800 RPM Install impeller on bowl shaft.
Make up stretch nut and assemble.
Machine bushing out of main housing and replace.
Machine impeller surface in housing.
Assemble pump with bowl unit, bowl shaft, tube line, and line shafts.
Replace stainless steel grease lines to bottom and intermediate bowl housing. 25,000.00
Repairs Remove and replace pump from pump station - PLEASE NOTE: this is an estimated amount. This part is sublabor and the price could change Crane/Operator
