Relative to the application for Planned Unit Development Permit No. 2020-002 ("PUD"); Conditional Use Permit 2022-030 ("CUP"); and Tentative Map 2022-001 ("TM"), on behalf of The Uni-Kool Partners and Cadius Partners Limited, please accept this letter as a formal request to change the PUD and TM applicant/permittee to The Uni-Kool Partners, a California general partnership ("Uni-Kool"), The PUD represents a conceptual Master Site Plan for a seven-phase mixed use development. Phase 1 consists of an extended stay hotel, which is the subject of the CUP ("Phase 1"). The intention is for the applicant/permittee for Phase 1 to remain Cadius Partners Lunited. However, the remaining PUD phases and TM are associated with property owned by Uni-Kool; as such, Uni-Kool should be identified as the applicant/permittee for the TM and PUD. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, or if there is any additional information I can provide concerning this matter.
