RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION OF THE SALINAS CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT AT 791 WORK STREET WHEREAS, the Ottone Business Park No. 2 was approved by the City Council in September 1999 and recorded with the County of Monterey at Volume 20 Cities and Towns at Page 28; and WHEREAS, in 2015, improvements planned for the Sanborn Road/Elvee Drive/US 101 project would place proposed improvement inside of Lot 15 of the Ottone Business Park No. 2 subdivision; and WHEREAS, additional right of way was acquired through Document No. 2014035018 to accommodate the roadway improvements; and WHEREAS, the owner of Lot 15 wishes to dedicate a ten foot public utility easement to align with the adjusted right of way at the northeast corner of Work Street and Elvee Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council accepts a Public Utility Easement described in the Grant Deed for a portion of Lot 15 of the “Ottone Business Park No. 2” filed for record in Volume 20 of Cities and Towns at page 28 (791 Work Street, Tract No. 1328).
