RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
IWTF EMERGENCY PUMP REPAIR AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on May 16, 2024, pump 3 at the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility experienced a terminal failure to the main bearings attached to the impellers on the main shaft; and WHEREAS, Industrial Machine Shop was called for the emergency repair to prevent a health hazard to the Salinas community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council ratifies the agreement with Industrial Machine Shop in the amount of $40,137.23 with a 5% contingency for the emergency repair of the IWTF Pump.
