RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SALINAS TO APPROVE THE RENEWAL OF AN AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINAS AND CADENCE TEAM, INC.
WHEREAS, the City desires to renew and maintain its Agreement for Services with Cadence Team, Inc.; and WHEREAS, Cadence Team Inc., will provide network support for the City of Salinas NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council authorizes the City Manager to negotiate and execute an Agreement with Cadence Team Inc., to provide network infrastructure maintenance, and support for a one (1) year term in an amount not to exceed $60,000.
