Network Cabling
Install a total of 173) Cat6 riser rated blue color cable (Bert-Tek) throughout the different offices (as per attached floor plan), conference rooms, AP as per floor plan and including 1) spare Cat6 cable above each triangle symbol total of 54. All new Cat6 cables will be homerun back to the Hallway IDF closet and terminated into 48 port Leviton unloaded patch panels. Leviton Cat6 blue color jacks will be use to terminate both ends of the cables. (See attached specs for the 48 port Leviton unloaded patch panels and jacks quoted).Network Cabling for Office #134 included based on most recent floor plan attached to this quote. All network cables will be homerun back to the hallway IDF. Spare cables will be only terminated at the IDF closet and they will leave coiled above the ceiling tile with a approximately 20ft of slack.
AP
Install 1) Cat6 cable to each of the 3) new ceiling mounted AP. AP and programming will be supplied by others. Mounting of AP included. AP locations as per attached floor plan
Network and TVs Conference Rooms 140, 142, 151 and 175.
Install a total of 6) Samsung 70 Commercial Rated TV (see attached specs) at each of the mentioned conference rooms. Conference Room #175 will have two 70 inch TV. This also includes 6) Apple TV 4K which they will be attached to the TV or to the wall behind the new TV. A data cable will be run behind each of these TVs. Run 1) HDMI cable from each of the TV to the nearest data faceplate from the TV.
Hardware and Pathways for Future Cabling;
All cables will be supported using J-hooks leaving enough room to add some additional cabling. (Please see attached specs). J-hooks will be supported on the existing I-beams and not on the roof due to the existing damages on the ceiling and water leaks. Verkada Security Cameras:
Install 4) Mini Dome Indoor Rated Verkada Cameras. Each camera comes with a 5 year camera license and able to record 365 days using the internal SD drive matching existing City Cameras

Verkada Access System:
Install 7) interior door strikes, 1) Verkada 4 door access control panel, 7) Verkada Card Readers and 7) 5 year Verkada Access License. This includes the hallway IT Closet. Door strikes and Card Reader locations as per attached floor plan. Storefront single Doors will come pre-cut to install door strikes as per walkthrough. One dual electrified push bar with a power supply for each of the 2) double storefront doors are included on this quote as requested 4-8-24 this will be coordinated through IT Department and General Contractor to make sure the electrified push bars are compatible with the doors. Electrical, power motor are excluded from quote.
IDF Hallway
We will be needing 21 RMU for the above mentioned scope of work. IDF cabinet will be provided and mounted by others.
IDF Hallway Fiber
Relocate existing fiber optic cable from the wall to the new IDF cabinet on a new Leviton Fiber Rack Mount Panel included
EMT Conduit;
Install 1) 2 inch EMT conduit from IDF West Wing to an open area for future cabling.
Note; Data switches, programming of items above into City Network, security monitors, underground conduit, electrical, building permits, door motors, 110 volts for doors or any other items not mentioned above are not included on this quote. This quote is based in having drop ceiling throughout the building and working regular business hours. Parts take from 10 to 12 business days. Quote is based in having an open ceiling having no ceiling tiles grids installed, since this add more time to install the low voltage cables. Door access quote is based on having regular 5) single doors that requires a door strike and having full access to the wall. Door strikes and installation included. This quote reflects the requested changes from IT Department made on 4-8-24
