Dear Mr. Wiles:
On behalf of the applicant for the above-referenced permit application, I am writing to inform you that the applicant agrees, pursuant to Government Code Section 65957, to provide a one-time 90-day extension of time for the processing of the permit application.
Pursuant to our telephone conference today, this extension of time is mutually agreed upon between the City and the applicant. In addition, we respectfully request a meeting in the near future to discuss the proposed project, including the layout of the facility, well in advance of forwarding the application to the next step.
