RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SALINAS TO APPROVE THE RENEWAL OF ARCTIC WOLF MDR SOFTWARE LICENSE WHEREAS, the City desires to renew and maintain its Arctic Wolf MDR license; and WHEREAS, Savant Solutions Inc., will provide Arctic Wolf MDR licensing for the City of Salinas NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Salinas Municipal Code section 12-27 the Salinas City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager and the Purchasing Agent to complete the purchase and renewal of Arctic Wolf MDR licensing from Savant Solutions Inc., in an amount not to exceed $104,567.44.
