RESOLUTION NO. 22909 (N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO RESOLUTION NO. 22664
WHEREAS, on May 16th, 2023, City Council approved Resolution No. 22664, authorizing the submission of application to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program Continuum of Care (CoC) Allocation; and
WHEREAS, HCD notified the City that the original Sta te Resolution No. 22664 required correction to reflect the Notice of Funding Availability issuance date of July 28, 2023 , to be compliant with the requirements set forth by HCD.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council finds that the above recitals are true and accurate and are the basis for its action; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council hereby approves an updated State Resolution No. 22664 for the ESG CoC Allocation and directs staff to submit the updated State Resolution.
