RE: Tentative Map 2021-001 (TM 2021-001) Time Extension Dear Mr. Wiles,
As the Applicant of Tentative Map 2021-001 (TM 2021-001), a proposed tentative map located in the Central Area Specific Plan (CASP) of Salinas. Pursuant to Municipal Code Section 31-306.4, Subdivision Map Act 66451.1, and Government Code Section 65957, I am requesting a one-time 90-day extension for the processing of the Tentative Map application.
It is assumed to be mutually agreed upon between the City and the Applicant to allow for additional time to process the Tentative Map application. Per Government Code Section 65957, the final deadline for processing of TM 2021-001 will be September 22, 2024.
