Proposal to replace approximately 95' of old4" cast iron and clay sewer lateral using the trenchless system and SDR 17 pipe. From single bathroom to city sewer main located outside parking lot.
Job Includes:
Dig 4 holes
First hole in single bathroom to expose sewer line 2x2
2nd in men's bathroom, dig down to expose sewer line 2x3 3rd in mens bathroom between both toilets, dig down to expose sewer line 2x3 4th: Sawcut 5x5x5.5 area in parking lot, dig down with excavator to expose sewer line.
Includes shoring
Dust containment
After sewer lateral tie - in, back fill with native dirt.
Replace concrete and asphalt
Includes, prevailing wages for labor, all material, and equipment Does Not Include:
Dust containment is not 100%: not responsible for fine dust clean up Flooring done by others
Any underground occurrences that is not covered in the scope of work will be extra material and/or labor hours to complete the job. If unforeseen occurrence prevents itself, the job will be halted until agreement between both parties is made for the extras required.

Addendum to Contract: Extra holes do to unforeseen foundation footers.
Dig two holes to expose footer and remove
Saw cut two extra holes. Remove concrete 4x4x3 deep and dirt to expose concrete foundation where trench less head got stuck.
Backfilled
Replace rebar and concrete $10,000.00
Jack hammered out 6" hole 10-12" thick concrete foundation wall under building.
Two men, 5 hours each. $ 1,950.00
Total Job: $11,950.00
