BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF SALINAS that the Mayor of Salinas be and is hereby authorized and directed, for and on behalf of the City of Salinas and as its act and deed, to execute the attached Lease Amendment between the City of Salinas, a municipal corporation, and ADVANCETECH AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE, INC.

AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO THE LEASE
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINAS AND
ADVANCETECH AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE, INC.
SALINAS, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City of Salinas, herein referred to as "Lessor", and Advancetech Aircraft Maintenance, Incorporated, herein referred to as "Lessee," entered into a lease dated February 1, 2000 (Resolution 17181), for the leasing of land at Salinas Municipal Airport, (hereinafter "lease"); and
WHEREAS, Lessee has requested an amendment to the existing lease, to increase the size of the Demised Premises;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitation and the promises of performance contained herein, Lessor and Lessee mutually agree as follows:
Reference Section 1, DEMISED PREMISES, Subsection A, add new subsection A. 1, as noted below.
"(1) Expansion of Demised Premises.
Lessee and Lessor hereby agree to an expansion of the Demised Premises, identified on Exhibit "B" (the "Expanded Premises"), and attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement as though set forth in The rental rate for the Expanded Premises shall be the same as that of the Demised Premises; increases to which shall be computed pursuant to the formula specified in Section IV, "RENTAL" of this Lease." IT IS FURTHER AGREED that except as herein expressly modified, said Lease of February 1, 2000 and all provisions thereof, shall be and remain in full force and effect as originally written and executed.
