RESOLUTION NO. (N.C.S.)
EMERGENCY PIPE REPAIR – LAKE STREET LIFT STATION
WHEREAS, on September 28, 2024, Pump one force main piping at Lake Street Lift Station experienced a pipe failure; and WHEREAS, Green Line Liquid Waste was called out to respond the flooding at the Lake Street Lift Station; and WHEREAS, Ellison Environmental, Inc dba Fluid Resource Management was called for the emergency repair to prevent a health hazard to the Salinas community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council authorizes the City Manager to execute an agreement with Ellison Environmental, Inc. dba Fluid Resource Management for an amount not to exceed $59,360 and an agreement with Green Line Liquid Waste for an amount not to exceed $2,240 for completed emergency repairs at the Lake Street Lift Station.
