AGREEMENT —AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
PROGRAM AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE
HEBBRON FAMILY CENTER REVITALIZATION PROJECT
BETWEEN
GRIFFIN STRUCTURES, INC., AND CITY OF SALINAS
This Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Professional Services (the “Amendment”) is entered into this ___ day of ________ 2024, by and between the City of Salinas (the “City”) and Griffin Structures, Inc., (the “Consultant”). City and Consultant may be individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively the City and Consultant may be referred to as the “Parties.”
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City and Consultant first entered into an agreement for Program And Construction Management Services for the Hebbron Family Center Revitalization Project effective May 24, 2022, pursuant to which Consultant agreed to act as and provide certain services to the City for compensation (the “Agreement”); and WHEREAS, the City and Consultant desire to amend the Agreement to reflect additional scope of services and additional compensation.
NOW, THEREFORE, in mutual consideration of the terms and conditions set forth below, the Parties agree as follows:
TERMS
The Scope and Services set forth in the Agreement is amended to include labor compliance as outlined in Attachment ASR 01, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
The total amount of compensation to be paid under the Agreement is hereby amended to include $40,374 for labor compliance for a total amount not to exceed $1,334,084.
The term of the of the Agreement is herby extended to January 31, 2026.
All other covenants, terms, and conditions set forth in the Agreement and not amended by this Amendment shall remain in full force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, as authorized representatives of the City and Contractor have entered into this Agreement as of the date first written above.
