RESOLUTION NO.____________(N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SALINAS APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF ESRI LICENSES WHEREAS, the City desires to renew and maintain its ESRI application licensing; and WHEREAS, ESRI will provide application software licensing for the City of Salinas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SALINAS CITY COUNCIL pursuant to Section 12-27 of the Salinas Municipal Code, hereby authorizes the Purchasing Agent to purchase the renewal of ESRI licenses in an amount not to exceed $61,424.52.
