Dear Rene,
The purpose of this letter is to outline how Republic Services and the City of Salinas have worked together the past two years to ensure that each council district received an annual cleanup. Republic is committed to continuing these cleanups, as we understand how important they are in our residents.
Utilizing sections 11.07 and 11.08 of the franchise agreement, Republic agrees to continue participating in the six council cleanups for the remaining term of the contract.
Republic Services values our partnership with the City of Salinas and we look forward to continuing to serve the community.
