RESOLUTION NO. _______(N.C.S.)
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND PURCHASING AGENT TO COMPLETE THE PURCHASE OF ARCTIC WOLF MDR YEARLY RENEWAL LICENSING FROM SAVANT SOLUTIONS, INC. IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $109,785.27.
WEREAS, the City desires to renew and maintain its Arctic Wolf MDR license; and WHEREAS, Savant Solutions Inc., will provide Arctic Wolf MDR licensing for the City of Salinas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Salinas City Council authorizes the City Manager and the Purchasing Agent to complete the purchase of Arctic Wolf MDR yearly renewal licensing from Savant Solutions Inc., in an amount not to exceed $109,785.27.
