Real property in the City of Salinas, County of Monterey, State of California, and described as follows:
Being a portion of New Street, and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of Parcel I, as said Parcel is described in that certain Grant Deed, conveyed to the Transportation Agency of Monterey County, recorded March 31, 2011, as Document No. 2011018820, Official Records of Monterey County, said corner being also a point on the southwesterly line of lands of Union Pacific Railroad Company;
Thence leaving said corner and along the southeasterly line of New Street, formerly Mill Street, being 50.00 feet in width, South 25°28'20" West, 124.00 feet;
Thence leaving said southeasterly line and parallel with said southwesterly line of lands of Union Pacific Railroad Company, North 64°45'50" West, 50.00 feet to the northwesterly line of said New Street; Thence along said northwesterly line, North 25°28'20" East, 124.00 feet to said southwesterly line of lands of Union Pacific Railroad Company;
Thence along said southwesterly line, South 64°45'50" East, 50.00 feet to the Point of BEGINNING.
