The board has pushed forward to dissolve the organizaƟon. This was all due to the current economic realiƟes, and the inability to collect assessments in a meaningful way. The paƩern has been shiŌing downward each year from collecƟng the assessments from an average of what used to be 70% to averages that are not sustainable.
We apologize for the tardiness of this email to you and the city, but this was a decision that was not only difficult to make, but heart wrenching to fathom.
