This form needs to be signed by the Contractor before the Contractor is obligated to perform any work other than that described in the original contract.
1. Description and Scope of Work Encompassed by this Change Order:
Drywall removal and disposal and other deconstruction of wall finishes and fixtures to bring interior as close as possible to “stud bare” condition.
Remove and dispose (Interior of 39 Soledad Street):
o Drywall
o Sheer wall
o Plumbing fixtures (urinals, sinks, toilets, etc.)
o Any wall structure inhibiting access to finished walls.
2. Amount to Be Added/Subtracted from Original Contract Price:
$135,000.00 to be added.
3. Effect the Change Order Will Make in the Progress Payment Schedule Set Forth in the Original Contract: Payment schedule will be amended as follows:
Application and certificate for payment will be processed and submitted as required.
4. Effect the Change Order Will Have on the Completion Date: Allow three weeks for completion.
This change order shall be incorporated as part of the original contract and shall become part of the contract when signed by both parties.
